Vice President, Library Services for the Americas
Bruce Crocco oversees sales and library services in the United States and Canada, and manages customer support, market analysis and sales programs. He also works closely with product management teams to provide input and intelligence regarding product strategy. Bruce joined OCLC in 2002 and most recently served as Executive Director for Market Programs and Development. He has a background managing multifunctional workgroups across a variety of geographies. Before coming to OCLC in 2002, Bruce was Director of Global Product Management for NetMap Analytics in Columbus, Ohio.
As well as having responsibility for library services, Bruce’s team has also been involved in all the OCLC membership reports. He speaks on topics related to two recent reports, Sharing, Privacy and Trust in Our Networked World and Perception of Libraries and Information Resources. Bruce can also share insights on Web 2.0 trends in libraries.
