Now Playing: WorldCat knowledge base API Workshop

I hope everyone who attended the webinar last week enjoyed it - thanks for attending and participating! Jeff Carter and Brian Cassidy were terrific! We love seeing the API in action and they are doing some really interesting things with this API at the University of New Brunswick. It was also good to hear Paul Moss, the OCLC product manager for WorldCat knowledge base, talk about the knowledge base itself as well as the API. If you missed it, or want to review any part of it again, the slides(PDF) and workshop recording (WebEx) are both available.

We hope the workshop inspired you to put the WorldCat knowledge base API to work at your library and would love to hear from you. The wc-devnet-l list (subscribe here) is also a great place to start sharing your ideas and collaborating with the community. We're happy to respond to your questions there as well.

Is there an API you want to learn more about? Or do you have an application you want to share in an API Workshop?  Drop us a line at DevNet[AT]oclc.org.

This was the second webinar in our API Workshop Series, following the WorldCat Metadata API Workshop. Stay tuned for an announcement about our next workshop - coming soon!
