Using the API

Summary:

The purpose of the WorldCat Knowledge Base API is to provide a read-only service for resource discovery purposes. For example, the current implementation answers the questions:

• Does library X have access to journal Y?
• How do I link to an article?

Access methods:

The WorldCat Knowledge Base API is currently accessable using two services:

• OpenURL
• REST

Authentication:

The WorldCat Knowledge Base API requires the use of a WSKey as a means of authentication.
