Brainstorm of Mashathon projects

At every mashathon participants learn about OCLC webservices and then try to solve and problem of build interesting mashups based on the services. This year we're asking participants to do some brainstorming about the projects they'd like to work on before the mashathon in order to better coordinate across our multiple locations. If your looking for ideas, you can checkout the Show and Tell videos from the previous mashathons

or the Application Gallery.

If you have an idea or suggestion (even if you're not coming to the mashathon) post it as a comment. We'll post some ideas we have and then collect all the ideas. Later we'll poll participants to see which ideas/projects are the most interesting to people.

WorldCat app for Elsevier SciVerse

Elsevier has launched a new OpenSocial platform SciVerse with apps for ScienceDirect, Scopus, Hub and APIs. I want to work on a generic WorldCat application for SciVerse, that can be used by other Libraries to customize and configure, so they can plug and play it to connect to their specific libraries. I will upload the body of this WorldCat app to github.com/sciversedev.

As example:
