In an effort led by Connect2Compete and in partnership with IMLS, ALA, PLA and others, OCLC’s WebJunction is part of the public awareness campaign that is designed to help all Americans become aware of free digital literacy training and Internet access in their libraries and community centers. The campaign includes a complete toolkit of resources and materials to promote the importance of digital literacy.

IMLS has an informative blog post on this work and the campaign.
