Future partners

  • Midwest Library Service

For 50 years, Midwest Library Service has been supplying libraries with academic and scholarly books. In that time, Midwest has established a reputation within the library community as the best library book service in the business. In fact, Midwest Library Service has become synonymous with superior service.  Midwest provides books from more than 20,000 U.S., Canadian, and U.K. publishers. No company can supply every book from every publisher; and such claims should be regarded with skepticism. We continually add new publishers to our database, and we make every effort to obtain their books.

We are a worldwide library cooperative, owned, governed and sustained by members since 1967. Our public purpose is a statement of commitment to each other—that we will work together to improve access to the information held in libraries around the globe, and find ways to reduce costs for libraries through collaboration.
