Pricing

Prices are based on unlimited annual subscriptions consisting of three elements:

This includes a Base Management Environment and Service Unit Profiles. This around the clock live chat-based cooperative allows libraries to provide service to their users on the web 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The 24/7 Cooperative is an optional supplement built on the Reference Management Platform, with an associated cooperative coverage fee and staffing contribution requirement for libraries that wish to participate.
  3. Implementation and Training Services
A required service in the first year of the contract that provides training and project management assistance for new members. Additionally, training programs and custom training are available at a fee.
