Join this webinar to learn how WorldShare Management Services (WMS) have enabled libraries to free up resources so they can focus on the higher priority projects and programs that make their institutions unique and enable them to serve their users better.

Vanessa Garofalo, Technical Services Librarian at Southeastern University, will share how WMS enabled her to review and streamline library workflows to improve staff efficiency. Vanessa will also discuss how she managed the implementation of WMS at Clearwater Christian College, where she was the library director through June 2014.

Daphne Kouretas, Senior Implementation and Effective Use Manager at OCLC, will share examples of return-on-investment from libraries that have implemented WMS as well as tips for evaluating workflows to improve efficiency.
