I am currently involved with the DeweyBrowser research project. The DeweyBrowser enables users to search and browse collections of library resources organized by the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC).
I am also involved in the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI). The DCMI is an open forum engaged in the development of interoperable online metadata standards. I also serve as a member of the DCMI Advisory Committee.
My research interests include Web services, Open-source development, the Semantic Web, AJAX, Linux, Python, Perl and Java.
