Course Overview

Minitex presents this 3-and-a-half-hour webinar for those catalogers looking for a brief introduction to RDA, along with learning some basic techniques on copy cataloging physical and online musical and non-musical sound recordings using the new standard.  To assist with understanding the material, participants will also review sample bibliographic records with the host.

The registration fee for staff and institutions in the Minitex region varies: for Minnesota and North Dakota, it is $85; for South Dakota and Wisconsin, $95.  For those outside the region, the fee is $125 (all US dollars).  For group viewings, only a single registration is necessary.  Please include contact information for all group participants in the appropriate section of the registration form.

Audience

Copy catalogers of audio materials. This workshop is not designed for the beginning cataloger or for those lacking current AACR2 experience with these materials.
