What you get
The WorldCat Entities data API allows you to retrieve a set of properties and data for over 150 million WorldCat Entities using the associated uniform resource identifier (URI). Anyone can use the API, but the level of accessible data is determined by the type of authentication being used. For a full list of data access, see WorldCat Entities data documentation.
Who can use it
- OCLC Meridian subscribers: full read access to WorldCat Entities properties and data
- WSKEY: access to additional WorldCat Entities properties and data access beyond what is available to unauthenticated users
- Anyone/unauthenticated: limited WorldCat Entities properties and data access
