The recent report from OCLC Research Total Cost of Stewardship: Responsible Collection Building in Archives and Special Collections includes a robust tool suite of communication and cost estimation tools that you can put to work in your institution. Join us for open office hours to ask questions and get support for using and implementing the tools in your own work. RLP Senior Program Officer Chela Scott Weber and members of the Collection Building and Operational Impacts Working Group will be on hand to answer your questions about specific tools and discuss implementation strategies. Bring your questions and ideas!

We will have four office hour sessions. Two sessions will be available only to employees of RLP members institutions; everyone is welcome to join the open sessions regardless of RLP status.

• Thursday, May 6, 11am-noon EDT: open to RLP members only
• Thursday, May 6, 4-5pm EDT: open to all
• Tuesday, May 11, 2-3pm EDT: open to RLP members only
• Wednesday, May 12, 7-8pm EDT: open to all
