The following e-mail and discussion lists have been developed expressly to support continuing conversations around our current work, share updates and solicit volunteers for new activities. For the convenience of all staff of OCLC Research Library Partnership institutions, below are descriptions of many of the lists that are available for subscription. Get in touch with the staff identified—we'll get you added as quickly as possible!

Announcements to Partners Listserv
(OCLCRLP-Announce-L)

This listserv is used to communicate weekly updates with staff at OCLC Research Library Partner institutions about Partnership work, events, publications and participation opportunities. It is a moderated listserv open to all staff from OCLC Research Library Partnership institutions at all levels with all interests. Messages are typically sent in digest format once a week but individual messages are occasionally sent other times as-needed.

Art & Architecture Listserv

This listserv is used to communicate with staff from OCLC Research Library Partnership institutions about topics of interest to art and architecture librarians.

Primary Sources Listserv
(OCLCRLP-Primary-Sources-L)

This listserv is used to communicate updates, seek Partner guidance, solicit volunteers for related working groups and inform interested staff of opportunities related to our work around extending the reach and impact of special collections. Open to staff of OCLC Research Library Partnership institutions with an interest in "primary sources" (rare books, archives, special collections, etc.).

Metadata Management Interest Group List

This list is used to communicate updates, seek partner guidance, solicit volunteers for related working groups and inform interested staff of opportunities related to metadata in all formats. Open to OCLC Research Library Partner staff interested in initiatives in this area or involved in creating and using metadata and related issues (not just technical services staff).

Research Support Listserv
(OCLC-RLP-Research-Support-L)

This list is for institutional stakeholders at OCLC Research Library Partnership institutions engaged in research support activities, such as research data management, publishing, digital humanities, research information management, and other scholarly communications activities. Subscribe to this list to learn about upcoming events, webinars, virtual discussions, working groups, projects, recent OCLC Research, and more.

SHARES-L Listserv
(OCLCRLP-SHARES-L)

This discussion list is open to all staff of the OCLC Research Library Partnership; you are not required to be a SHARES member or an ILL practitioner. The SHARES-L listserv is used to schedule town halls and other events, communicate updates, seek partner guidance, solicit volunteers for working groups and inform interested staff of opportunities related to sharing collections between libraries.

SHARES-ILL-L Listserv

This discussion list is used by OCLC RLP SHARES members for open discussion regarding operational resource sharing issues. SHARES-ILL-L is open to staff at all OCLC Research Library Partnership institutions and will be of interest primarily to ILL practitioners and their supervisors.
