Senior Communications Coordinator/Editor
As the Communications Coordinator/Editor, Erica serves as liaison to Membership and Research Division colleagues to help surface, organize, and coordinate communications needs; manage communications projects; and support the writing and editing needs for the division.
Erica joined OCLC in 2019 following eight years at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she worked as an editor in academic publishing, a humanities researcher, and an undergraduate educator. She has edited academic journals in research fields ranging from literature to labor law and has also written public-facing content for the University of Illinois Extension.
Erica holds a B.A. in English and Anthropology from Miami University, an M.A. in English from the University of Illinois, and has also achieved ABD (all but dissertation) status in the English doctoral program at the University of Illinois.
